All the best goodies on offer!

Published over 2 years ago • 1 min read

Hello Reader,

Today, I’m sharing a few of my best works for levelling up your mood and money mindset for 2021.

Mood Management Giveaway (so much value!)

I’ve been running a weekly giveaway all October for Mental Health Awareness Month.

All you have to do to win a complete Mood Management Kit of beautiful essential oils valued at $169 is:

I’ll announce the winner each week on my IG and FB stories.

If you’re on the hunt for some ways to improve your finances that don’t require a degree in finance, these freebies are a great option.

Plus, all my tools have been developed from the perfect mix of lived experience, personal implementation and solid research on many women’s experiences with money.

Budget Calculator

You have to know where your money is going before you can make changes for the better! My super-simple Budget Calculator is based on the 50:30:20 Rule.

Basically, 50% of your after-tax income is spent on essential needs and obligations such as rent and utilities. The remaining 50% is then split between 20% savings/ debt repayment and 30% to entertainment.

The results are tried and true and this is a great quarterly money checkup for everyone.

(My favourite!) 10 Days to $2K

What I love most about the 10 Days to $2K is that $2000 is the average amount women like you have found with this quick and easy free course. Click here to grab your copy.

It’s also a great taste of what is to come in the Mindful Money for Women course coming up in January…

If you’re looking for some amazing money mindset changes and drastic improvements to your financial goals in 2022, click here to join the waitlist for my Mindful Money for Women course.

Looking for even more mindful money inspiration? Be sure to check out my post on Taming Your Inner Money Monster.

I tackle a lot of the taboo topics I know EVERY woman has come across at some point in our financial education. What outdated ideas may be holding you back?

You may not even know until you read it and something gives you that bingo moment!

Do you know a woman who would benefit from this? Please share the goodness around by forwarding this email. 😊

In joy

Hey Reader, Christmas is high up on the list of one of the most stressful times of the year. Whether it’s finding the right present, navigating the family patterns or introducing a new partner. I adore Christmas, it is my most favourite time of the year and even more so when I am back in my homeland of the UK. I’ve had at least 13 Aussie Christmases, but it’s just not the same when its 30 degrees outside. I did have to laugh at the swiftness of turnover from Halloween to Christmas décor. I...

Hey Reader, I know, its not even the 1st of November and I’m writing about the run up to Christmas. The last two years haven’t really gone as expected, and last year a lot of us were unable to spend time with our loved ones over the Christmas period. However, this year is back on and the invitations are sliding in thick and fast. Over the next few weeks, I will be talking to you about ways to navigate the silly season, so it remains enjoyable, healthy and stress free. I love a good catch-up...

The best thing you can do is save yourself from wasting precious time and money by learning from others and not repeating their mistakes. Let’s get started with 3 of the big ones… Mistake #1: Not negotiating salary Did you know that women earn up to 25% less in the same roles as men, mostly in professional and...
